1. Service Description

This service is a mobile application that uses AI technology to generate avatars and emoticon stickers based on user-uploaded personal photos, and allows users to coordinate by changing hairstyles, glasses, accessories, and clothing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

To use this service, you must agree to these Terms. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Service Usage

• This service is available to users aged 14 and above.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

4. User Content and License

4.1 Upload Rights

• Users must have legal rights to the photos they upload.
• Uploading others' photos without permission is prohibited.

4.2 License Grant

By uploading photos, users grant us the following rights:

• Processing photos for AI model training and avatar/sticker generation
• Using content for service provision, maintenance, and improvement
• Storing and displaying user-generated content

4.3 Content Deletion

• Users may delete uploaded photos and generated content at any time.
• We may remove content that violates laws or infringes on others' rights.

4.4 Publishing and Community Reference

• Publishing generated content to the public gallery is entirely optional. Content is private by default, and users may unpublish at any time.
• By publishing, users agree that other users may view the content and use it as a reference image for their own generations.
• When another user generates content using your published item as a reference, you receive 10% of the credits that user spends, granted as service credits.
• Reward credits may only be used within the service. They are not redeemable for cash and are not subject to refund under Article 8.
• Unpublishing stops future reference use, but does not retroactively invalidate content already generated by others or rewards already granted.
• Users must ensure that published content does not include identifiable images of other persons without their consent. Users are responsible for any resulting portrait rights disputes.
• We may withhold or reclaim rewards obtained through abusive means, including self-dealing via multiple accounts, automated generation, or other manipulation.
• The reward rate and the scope of eligible features may change for operational reasons; any change will be announced in advance and applies only to generations occurring after the change.

4.5 Retention Period for Generated Content

• Generated content is retained for 30 days from the date of creation, after which it can no longer be accessed within the service.
• Content cannot be recovered once the retention period has passed. Please save it to your device within the period if you wish to keep it.
• Use the 'Save' button on the result screen to download your content.
• The retention period may change for operational reasons; any change will be announced in advance.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Using others' photos without authorization
• Uploading illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Uploading photos of minors
• Creating pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Compromising service security or reverse engineering
• Unauthorized commercial use

6. Intellectual Property

• All service content, features, and interfaces are our intellectual property.
• Users own copyright to generated avatars and stickers, but we retain a license for service provision.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of AI-generated results.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from users' inappropriate use.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or system failures.

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service with prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be modified as necessary, and significant changes will be announced through in-service notifications.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
